Origin: Galicia (own harvest)
No pesticides or herbicides. Grown in the wild with other plants such as mint, plantain, nettles and poppies. Watered with chemical-free rainwater.

- Period: In infusion (3/day): Put a tablespoon in a cup of hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes and drink. If you are going to take it with other herbs (like nettle, which is very good for menstruation), put only a teaspoon of yarrow in this mixture.

- Sleep: take with other herbs such as lemon balm or lavender, as an infusion

- Auric Cleansing or Dream Work: Burn charcoal around the body to cleanse the aura and burn on the open windowsill in the bedroom for dream work.
