This WHITE SAGE smudge stick has been made in a homemade and artisanal way from plants grown on my farm in a Galician village.

Duration: 1.5 to 2 hours if left burning. Can be snuffed and used multiple times.

Use this smudge stick to clear stagnant energies from your home or workplace.


Tip: As the mallet gets used up, it is a good idea to open it at the tip so that it lights more easily and produces more smoke.


The plants of this incense have coexisted with other species such as lavender, nettle, thyme, rosemary, cedar and conifers. Trees and plants connect and communicate with each other underground through a network of fungi. That is why burning an incense stick made of plants collected in your rural environment is very different from using bundles made with plants that come from an intensive macro-farm.
In addition, they have dried naturally (with the magic of time and patience!)

Note: As this is a handmade bundle, its appearance may vary from that shown in the photo.

Precautions for use: Before using the incense, open the doors and windows of the entire house to create a draft. Light the stick with caution and away from objects that could catch fire. Once the flames have gone out, it will begin to smoke. Do not inhale the smoke directly (as with all incense). Perform the cleansing ritual by passing the stick through all corners of the house, above your head. Leave the windows and doors open for a while to allow the rooms to be well ventilated.

Consejo: A medida que se gasta el mazo, es conveniente ir abriéndolo por la punta para que prenda más fácil y haga más humo.

Las plantas de este sahumito han convivido con otras especies como la lavanda, la ortiga, el tomillo, el romero, el cedro y con coníferas. Los árboles y las plantas se conectan y comunican entre sí bajo tierra a través de una red de hongos. Por eso es muy distinto quemar un sahumerio de plantas recogidas en su entorno rural que usar atados hechos con plantas que provienen de una macrogranja intensiva.
Además, se han secado de forma natural (con la magia del tiempo y la paciencia!)

Nota: Al ser un atadillo hecho artesanalmente, su aspecto puede variar del de la foto.

Precauciones de uso: Antes de usar el sahumerio, abrir las puertas y ventanas de toda la casa para crear una corriente de aire. Encender el mazo con precaución y alejado de objetos que puedan prender. Una vez las llamas se han extinguido, empezará a ahumar. No inhalar el humo directamente (como con todos los inciensos). Realizar el ritual de limpieza pasando el mazo por todos los rincones de la casa, por encima de nuestra cabeza. Dejar las ventanas y puertas abiertas un buen rato para que se ventilen bien las estancias.
