Origin: Galicia (own harvest)
With poppy flowers, rosemary leaves, lemon balm leaves, lavender flowers and mugwort leaves.
These plants promote restful sleep and mugwort is known worldwide for its dreamlike powers (dream work, astral projection). A perfect infusion for meditation.

No pesticides or herbicides. The plants are grown in their natural environment and coexist with other plants such as mint, plantain and nettle. They are watered with spring water, free of chemicals.

How to use:
Tea: Put a handful of leaves (or a heaping tablespoon) in a cup of hot water. Let it sit for a few minutes, strain and drink. Ideal to take before going to sleep or for meditation.
In incense: Pour a pinch onto a liturgical stub and let it smoke.
